Cajun Milk Cows is a family farm in south Louisiana, breeding miniature Jerseys and miniature Guernseys since 1998. We offer a cow share program for people who want to drink raw milk from their own cows and want me to care for and milk their cow. We test yearly for Anaplasmosis, Blue Tongue, Bovine Leukosis Virus (BLV), BVD, Brucellosis, Campylobacter, Coxiella Burnetii (Q Fever), IBR, Johnes, Leptospirosis, Neospora, and TB. We test our milk for strep, staph, coliform count and E. coli. We drink our milk raw and only sell disease free mini milkers.
